Project Description:
This 500 sq. meter residence in Palaio Psychiko will undergo a complete reconstruction and refurbishment, focusing on structural integrity, spatial optimization, and energy efficiency. The process includes detailed architectural and interior design, permitting, and construction. The facades were redesigned with a mix of natural stone and stucco, integrating new elements that respect the original structure. Regarding the interior, the layout was restructured to improve functionality, complemented by custom millwork and a warm, natural material palette. Energy-efficient solutions are incorporated to enhance sustainability. Every stage of the project has the aim to ensure a seamless transformation that balances modern living with timeless design.
