Project Description:
Samirah Luxury residences complex is a testament to thoughtful transformation, repurposing two 1970s industrial buildings into 6.200 sq. m. of modern residences across 59 units. Architectural services covered the entire process, from concept development through detailed design, focusing on redefining both the interior layouts and the external identity of the structures. Reconfigured floor plans introduced efficient apartment living while new façade elements enhanced light, privacy, and visual character. Shared outdoor amenities, including landscaped communal spaces and a central pool, were integrated to enhance the urban living experience. The project demonstrates how strategic architectural intervention can revitalize existing structures and create a modern residential environment that balances functionality, comfort, and community.
